New Years Day Picnic 2017

Metro FM’s The Drive radio personality and club DJ, Mo Flava, was set to host his eighth annual New Year’s Day picnic on Sunday, 1 January 2017 at Mlando in Katlehong, Gauteng.

Brief

Mo Flava’s New Year’s Day picnic included a line-up of DJs and performers including DJ Fresh, Prince Kaybee, Emtee, LKG, Sphe and Naves, Major League DJz, Zan-D, Shimza, A-Reece, DJ Mshega, Lady Zamar and many more.

KEMOSO was tasked with designing the marketing collateral (including the promotional video.)

Outcome

KEMOSO first created the following graphic marketing collateral:

  • Main even logo
  • Event flyer/poster variations
    • Generic poster
    • Main poster showing the artist line-up as well as the event details.
  • Graphics for social media profiles

Using the elements from the poster and other sourced images, we also created a promotional video for the event. In addition, a looping video was created for the large screen displays behind the stage.
